Yes! We prefer them, actually. For short-term projects (less than two months), we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder due upon completion. For long-term projects, I offer a range of payment plans that span over the course of the project.

While we want every one of my clients to walk away over-the-moon about what we’ve created, the reality is that that might not always be the case. To prevent that from ever happening, we require full participation and buy-in from clients and stakeholders throughout the whole project. Nothing we present to you should ever be a surprise. This keeps us on the right path throughout the project.

Our hourly rate is $100, however, we only bill hourly about 5% of the time. The majority of projects are billed at a project or package rate based on the needs and scope of your project. You can review our packages and offerings for branding and illustrations for more information.

Occasionally. While my best work is done in the world of branding and illustration, my background is in full-service design. However, we rarely offer those services to businesses that we did not create the brand for - it’s like living in an apartment with the last tenant’s furniture. It never hurts to ask, though. Our brand packages range between $3000 - $5000+ based on your business or organization’s scope and budget. It’s important to research the cost of a brand prior to starting a project. Here’s a great article on brand pricing that we love. If you’re ready to begin, fill out the project request form.

Depending on the scope of your project and current workload, it could take anywhere from 4 weeks to 4 months to complete branding. Your brand deserves strategy, intention, and care. That being said, brand projects with less than a 2 week turnaround time will not be considered.

There are lots of factors that go into illustrations: complexity, visibility, licensing, content, timeline, etc. We generally start pricing at three tiers: simple, moderate, or complex, and add on from there based on additional needs. For example, a simple illustration used on a holiday card doesn’t cost the same as a complex illustration used on merchandise that you sell to the public as each hold different values to you, the client, as well as your audience.

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are issued in the form of a gift card for merchandise that is in new condition and with complete packaging. Market and all other in-person sales are final.

Yes! If your tee is unworn and unwashed and it's been 14 days or less since you received your order, reach out! Once we have received the shirt, we'll send you a replacement size. However, we only print a limited stock of our tees so we can't guarantee you that we have a replacement in stock.

Yes! However, it does require additional shipping and customs information at check out.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are located in Pennsylvania, and will collect sales tax on all items shipped or sold within the state.  Sales tax is not collected on shipping expenses. 

We do not. However, we can frequently be found at markets in the Denver and Pittsburgh area. We recommend you also check out our amazing wholesale stockists.
